Standards Australia National Alterations/Additions/Renovations Award - under $150,000

The front wall of this 1960s house was in danger of collapse. The builders' work involved underpinning the original footings, replacing the original front wall, extending the garage, constuction of an external verandah, and redesigning the roof.  The stonework, brickwork and the timber ceiling the front verandah are well executed

It was for the job we completed at 4 Simone Crescent, Strathfield, which is in the classical style gallery.
