This job underwent a complete transformation, its hard to imagine the old house when looking at the final result. Not only was the first floor addition added to the house but the downstairs area was completly renovated and renewed. The first floor addition resulted in the addition of 4 new bedrooms, a main bathroom & ensuite. The downstairs area saw the addition of a new dining / kitchen and formal lounge area, a study a main bathroom as well as a completly self contained Granny Flat, complete with ensuite, kitchen bedroom and lounge area.
